  • I Need to Cancel My Order, What Should I Do?"
    Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to accommodate this request; however, no cancellations can be made once an order has been already been processed to ship. We may allow for an exchange of the item, if it has not yet shipped out. Please see more under 'Store Policy' tab.
  • Can I Get Express Shipping on My Order?
    We typically ship via first class or USPS Priority mail. We offer overnight shipping at an additional fee. Overnight Express orders must be placed before 12pm to ship out same day.
  • I am Looking For a Specific Cable. Do You Make It?
    We are constantly innovating and introducing new products. Please browse the site to view current in-stock items/preorder. Email us if you do not see what you are looking for, perhaps it is in the works, if not we can pitch a request.
  • How Do I Dispose of My Old Cables?
    Please RECYCLE your cables at the appropriate location. Planet Earth needs your help to eliminate access waste...this is your home after all. We ask that if you purchase with AREA51 TETHER CO. (and all companies for that matter...), that you act responsibly for your footprint. BESTBUY retail locations offer free, quick and easy drop off, of a large array of electronic recycles i.e. computers, hardrives, cables, cords, wires, batteries, plastic bags, and more. Kiosk is typically stationed through entrance doors or back of store. You won't even have to interact with anyone while doing it. Accepted Recycles And NO, you cannot litter on Mars.
