3rd party shipping companies are still facing mass delays due to the worldwide pandemic. In order to ensure proper safety, all shipments are currently subject to possible delay and is of no fault of Area51 Tether Co. These are our terms of current ordering from our website. If an item was not received the recipient must contact USPS or the proper shipping partner in a timely manner. Claims will not be accepted over 3 days.
Orders are typically processed in 2-4 business days. Any changes to your order may cause a delay.
We ship Earth-wide. Please see shipping options for your area.
International shipments may be subject to duties/tax/tariffs/customs fees. These fees are incurred once the package has landed in your country. All fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by the customer. We are not able to estimate these costs. Any denied/returned international packages are subject to an additional reshipping fee and any prior costs incurred must be paid by the customer.
Area51 Tether Co. is not liable for delays and/or damages through our 3rd party shipping companies.
We try our very best to get your order shipped quickly, but please remember every time you make a purchase there are real beings behind the scenes picking, packing, and shipping your order. Please be kind and appreciate everyone involved!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase. Only items purchased directly off Area51TetherCo.com are eligible for an exchange. All items must be unused, unopened, untampered, and in the original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a Return Request and provide your original Order Number. Replacements will be sent once the item has been received, inspected and any balance is paid. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if you decide to exchange and/or send goods back to us. If any requirements are not met, Area51 Tether Co. holds the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 25% or deny the request. If the item(s) are not accepted by Area51 Tether Co. the customer agrees to pay the return fee back to them of the item(s) and/or the item(s) may and will be discarded at our sole discretion. No exchanges will be processed until the original item(s) have been shipped back, received, and approved. Exchanges only, no returns will be issued.
In the rare case of an incorrect item received, same terms apply. Our customer service term must also be notified within 48 hours of delivery in these cases. For products purchased through Authorized 3rd party dealers, please contact them directly.
In the unfortunate case of shipping damages, we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Damages must be documented with photos of the shipping box, and/or damages to the product or issue.

CABLE AND PRODUCT TREATMENT
Area51 Tether Co. specializes in industrial performance goods and is built to be durable and long-lasting. However, please be aware that mistreatment of these items may result in a shorter life span of your item. Due to the nature of this, we are unable to refund/exchange used items. Please be aware that 'wear & tear' cable failures may be caused, but not limited to; mistreatment of products byways of aggressively bending, crushing, breaking, rolling over, and/or exposure to extreme elements.
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to accommodate this request, however, no cancellations can be made once an order has been already been processed to ship. Pre-Orders are not refundable once placed.
